We work with three vineyards, on very different soils, to bring forth the best Shiraz grapes we possibly can year on year. It's a relatively early picked variety and as such, escapes a lot of disease and weather pressures. This means that despite some vintage variation, there's a consistency across the board among the Reserve Shiraz. Sight unseen, if you pick up a bottle, you've got a pretty good idea of the quality this quiet little achiever is going to deliver. Every good cellar needs a wine this dependable in it!

Vibrant black/ purple in colour with a crimson hue at the rim. Blackberry fruits sing from the glass with the oak maturation evident in caramel and coconut aromas. Full bodied, rich and possessing a voluptuous texture, the palate is flooded with blackberry fruits, liquorice and cocoa. Structural tannins provide a backbone for the attractive, sweet fruits to linger for a perfectly balanced, moreish finish.
